Online Union Member Store FAQs

At Wear Union, we will create a custom online store and shopping experience for your members where they can select and purchase your union apparel. We will handle all of inventory management, production, payment processing and shipping.

It’s a simple 3 step process. Select the store package that works best for your union. Complete an onboarding call to determine your apparel types and design selections. Launch your online store to your members. 

First, you have to select the package that works best for you. You can review our online member store subscriptions here. Once you’ve selected your package, your union store specialist will have an onboarding call with you to collect all of the details to bring your online store to life.

Once you’ve completed and selected your online store package, and had your onboarding call, it will take between 4-6 business days to have your member store up and running.

Your union store will be built custom for you and your members and you will be provided with a special store link so that only your members can access it.

Depending on the package you select with us, you will have the option to have orders shipped to the union hall for member pick-up or shipped directly to your member. 

Depending on the online store package you select, you can have anywhere from 3-8 different design options at one time available for your members to purchase.

Due to the custom nature of the products, they cannot be returned. However, if there is physical damage to any of the products, we will assist your members in getting a replacement.

No, our online member stores are hosted and billed on a monthly basis. 

Depending on the package you select with us, we will automatically waive your store’s fees for the month if your store hits the monthly sales threshold stated. For example, if you are a bronze subscription member, your store fee will be $60. If there is $250 of sales within the month from your members, that fee to your union will be waived. You can cancel your union store subscription by writing us an email at info@wearunion.com. You must cancel 30 days prior to your next monthly billing date to avoid being charged.
