In 2010, Phil, inspired by his wife Jane's support, left the corporate world to purchase NIEPlus, a company focused on making custom union-made apparel for union Ironworkers. Embracing every aspect of the business, from graphic design to production, Phil & Jane worked relentlessly to build NIEPlus. Together, Phil and Jane meticulously developed it into a successful business, always ensuring their decisions aligned with their core value of creating something they could be proud of. This guiding principle led them through numerous challenges and triumphs, shaping the company's journey to success.
UnionMadeApparel is driven by a fervent belief in the power and skill of union members. These dedicated individuals not only construct awe-inspiring buildings but also produce captivating films and innovate products that transform our lives. Our designs and products are a tribute to their remarkable contributions, celebrating the spirit and craftsmanship of these skilled workers.
